Refund policy
The following policy applies to purchases made through age-rate.com. If you purchased your AgeRate kit at another authorized retailer, please speak with a representative from the original place of purchase as AgeRate must adhere to their policies and procedures.
Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. If you have made your purchase within 30 days or less:
- If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your Age-Rate.com order
- If your order has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund after subtracting your shipping and handling charges. Please include your Kit ID information when you contact us.
- AgeRate cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you received your order and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of the kit.
If you have made your purchase more than 30 days ago:
- You are not eligible for a refund. AgeRate cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you received your order and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of the kit.
- Orders over thirty (30) days old and orders where results have been released are not eligible for any refund.
- All test kits must be registered and returned to the lab within twelve (12) months of purchase. Any samples that are delivered to the lab after this time will not be processed.
If you've purchased a bundle of kits for a discounted rate and are no longer interested in one or more of the kits, we're happy to honor a refund based on the above guidelines. Discounts that are made available through the purchase of multiple kits will not reflect in any refunds that are completed by AgeRate.
If items in your test kit were defective or damaged you can contact us and we will send a replacement kit.
In the event that you have had two sample failures, we will issue a full refund after subtracting your shipping and handling charges.
