How do I register my test kit?
Once you purchase your test kit, you will be sent a link to download a mobile app. You will be able to register your kit within that mobile app.

What do I do if I could not provide enough sample?
Don't worry, this can happen. There are a variety of reasons why this may be the case. Please contact us at support@age-rate.com and we can send out a replacement kit and schedule a video call to walkthrough the collection process.
